Seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage the role out of a facilities works upgrade in Nedlands Your new company A major government health department based in Nedlands, are seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist in rolling out a facilities works upgrade. Initially, this role will be offered on a 6-month temporary contract, working full-time hours and paying a competitive hourly rate. Your new role As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading and managing key projects within facilities works, ensuring budget and timelines are being met
Managing the project management cycle from initiation and planning, stakeholder engagement, change management, implementation and delivery
Prepare high quality reports, briefings and correspondence for senior staff and key internal and external meetings
Provide strategic advice to various internal and external committees, project leaders and project teams
Undertake development and planning activities, considering the department's policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered, you will demonstrate:
Previous project management experience, working on a facilities upgrade project
Advanced leadership skills with the ability to lead and support a team
Advanced organisation skills with confidence in working towards strict timeframes
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
A National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one if successful
