What you can expect
Management of site teams, client management & liaison
Prepare and manage construction programs
Liaise with stakeholders internally and externally
Manage budget, financial aspects of project and oversee costing and quality control

Report budgets, schedules & project outcomes on time
Have autonomy over project deliverables

What do I need to be considered for this amazing role?
10+ years' experience in the construction space.
Be highly organised and manage time effectively
A range of project experience across Commercial, Retail, Government & Education.
Experience working on large scale projects above $10 Million
A working knowledge of contract administration, estimating, programming, sub-contractor, and client liaison roles
Experience working with both public and private sector clients
Proven track record of succesful project delivery
