Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate your project team to achieve outstanding results.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives, on time and within budget.
- Seamlessly integrate project management stakeholders throughout all project phases.
- Maintain proactive communication with project customers, stakeholders, and governance bodies.
- Oversee all aspects of the project, from initiation to handover and completion.
- Manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative obligations and quality standards.
- Coordinate and prepare comprehensive progress reports and stakeholder communications.
- Establish robust project administration, document control, and record management processes.
- Manage costs efficiently through precise budgeting and contingency management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong ability to develop project briefs and liaise with key stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in delivering construction and physical security infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in procuring and managing consultants and contractors.
- Exceptional skills in reviewing design documentation for consistency and security.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and experience in reprioritizing tasks as needed.
- Willingness to conduct site visits to ensure project success.
- Experience in drafting statements of work and contract work orders.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget management and monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project and construction management with a focus on security infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of building regulation compliance, contract administration, and budget management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage projects locally and remotely.
