Our client is a national high-End Retirement developer, with villages across NSW, QLD and SA. Due to growth and new projects in greater NSW, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of Construction, you will be responsible for the delivery and management of new and existing retirement villages.
The Role:
- Day-to-day project management of new development and redevelopments
- Instruct, coordinate, and manage the consultant team
- Contract management
- Approvals and tenders
- Ability to manage projects and an operational environment
- Tertiary qualifications or min 10 years of experience in Construction or Project Management
- Proven project management experience - minimum of 8 years in retirement development and proven experience in leisure centre projects (golf courses, clubhouse, aquatic centres etc)
- An excellent understanding of project life cycle - experience in project delivery start to finish
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with all internal and external project stakeholders
