As a result of an exciting growth opportunity in the company, we are recruiting a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The role will be based out of our Fortitude Valley HQ.
About the Role
As a Project Manager at ABC Group, you will manage a portfolio of residential building repair projects across Queensland and New South Wales. You will have proven project and people management skills with a track record of delivering multiple residential projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to);
- Coordination and delivery of complex, multi-trade projects whilst maintaining excellent customer service
- Liaising with our extensive sub-contractor trade base and your project team to allocate and schedule works throughout your repair portfolio
- Providing timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders
- Managing and coordinating your project team, fostering growth and development
- Ensuring all work is being completed to the highest possible quality within budget and safety standards
- Actively celebrating the success of our team!
To ensure your success you will possess the following;
- QBCC Site Supervisor licence essential.
- Previous experience in project managing multi-trade construction sites.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability in overseeing and directing the work of others in multiple locations.
- High attention to detail, with previous experience in quality control, highly regarded.
- Excellent communication with strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Sound computer literacy (previous experience using estimating / project management software is a bonus!)
- Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.
