Project Manager at Wilson Security's Projects and Platforms team is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of key technology projects, including the replacement of workforce and patrols management systems, ensuring they meet business requirements, are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve the desired outcomes.

DescriptionKey Duties include:Project Leadership: Take ownership of the project lifecycle for the replacements of both the workforce management system replacement and the patrols management system:
- Establish the project management plan, including registers for all key project management functions
- Establish and maintain the project schedule, identifying any project slippages and critical path impacts and adjustments
- Tracking of spend against the approved project budget and forecast future spend
- Reporting on project status
- Maintain project registers (including issues, risks, decisions, change requests, etc), and ensure they are proactively managed
- Ensuring risks and issues are identified and treatment/response plans are put in place
- Project scope management, including changes are approved and the financial impact tracked and reported on
- Ensuring traceability of approved decisions, designs and changes
- Identifying and escalating concerns and opportunities for improvements
- Coaching project team members on the adopting of the project management practises
- Support project team members to escalate issues or risks early to ensure the appropriate risk treatment or response plan can be put in place.
- Identify opportunities to improve the performance of the project, make observations and contribute to the good management and governance of the project.
- Establishing, participating in and facilitating project meetings
- Collating an overall project view of meeting schedules
- Reviewing, reconciling and managing the vendor/partner timesheets and invoices, and administering any commercial negotiation impacts
- Tracking and monitoring project interdependencies
- Contribution and review of project strategies such as Transition, Migration and Cut Over
- Deliverable tracking including quality review
- Contract reviews
- Identify, validate and capture additional benefits that are identified throughout project execution
ProfileSkills and requirements:- 10+ years' experience in a Project Management role
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end technology projects, specifically with the implementation of workforce management systems.
- Experience managing project budgets
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, PMBOK, PRINCE2).
- High-level administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Adaptability and strong decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
- Knowledge of system integration principles and methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with both technical teams and non-technical users.
- Experience in conducting tender processes and vendor selection.
Understanding of change management principles and training strategies.
Qualifications:- Relevant tertiary or post-qualification degree in Business, Technology or Software
- Project Management certification (PMBOK or PRINCE2)
