We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager to lead our team in a critical PCI compliance project. This 12-month contract opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in ensuring the security and integrity of our payment systems while collaborating with a dynamic and skilled team.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a PCI compliance project, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables related to PCI compliance requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to facilitate successful project execution.
• Coordinate project activities, tasks, and milestones, ensuring adherence to established timelines and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective risk management strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on key milestones, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness in project delivery.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners/vendors.
• Act as a subject matter expert on PCI compliance and payment systems, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices related to payment card industry security.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably leading PCI compliance projects or initiatives in the payment industry.
• In-depth knowledge of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) and related compliance requirements.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and guiding project teams to achieve success.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management within a project management framework.
• Knowledge of payment systems, transaction processing, and security protocols is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) would be a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
