- You will develop project approach and documentation, including governance structures, project charters, stakeholders, team / SME structure and cadences using established templates
- Develop and maintain the detailed master project plans including all business related deliverables using Jira and established templates
- Facilitate delivery against the project plan, working closely with delivery partners to manage the progress against agreed timelines while developing and managing the project risk register
- Coordinate updates in response to changes in priorities and scope to ensure the business outcome resulting from the proposed solution is optimised for the business at all times
- Establish and steer the project working group and other required forums
- Project Managements skills in a highly complex, matrixed environment
- A strong track record in interpretation and problem resolution while maintaining the view of being results oriented and able to work to tight timeframes, work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate a broad range of inputs
- Agile Project Delivery methodology skills
- Experience as a Project Coordinator or within Project Management fields in Culture and People in transformation programs will be highly regarded
