Project Manager - Pipeline Construction

Position Summary: 
 
Due to recent project wins we urgently require a Project Manager - handsome salary on tier 1 projects. 
 
As a Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and profitability standards. You will oversee all project functions, including engineering, procurement, project controls, construction, and completion. The role involves developing and implementing project plans, monitoring progress in terms of time, costs, and quality, and addressing potential issues in a proactive manner. The Project Manager plays a crucial role in optimising resource allocation, resolving challenges, and obtaining client approvals for scope changes. 
 
Qualifications and Experience: 

• Engineering degree or equivalent 
• Minimum seven (7) years of management experience 
• Proven experience in the administration and management of contracts and contractors 
• Demonstrated field leadership experience 

Knowledge and Skills: 

• Excellent management skills in construction 
• Financial, negotiating, and change management skills 
• Experience in estimation costing, planning, and budget management 
• Highly effective written and oral communication skills 
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, negotiating, and diplomacy skills 
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and efficiencies 
• Strong people skills
