- Coordinate and lead Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Serve as a servant-leader, advocating for the team and eliminating obstacles to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Stay abreast of Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices, whilst coaching the development team on Scrum methodologies.
- Foster understanding and adoption of the Scrum framework, roles, and responsibilities among team members.
- Encourage continuous improvement and experimentation within the team.
- Maintain and update Scrum artifacts, such as the Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team and stakeholders, including the Product Owner, customers, and management, particularly during Sprint Showcases.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new team members to JIRA, providing guidance on navigation, issue management (user stories, tasks, bugs), and status updates.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar or equivalent role, preferably in transport and logistics
- Previous experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role, preferably in software development or IT projects
- Possession of relevant Agile and Scrum certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
- Experience with Jira desirable
- Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively, ensuring they are focused, productive, and engaging for all participants
- Strong communication skills, including active listening, clarity in articulation, and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
