About the role
As a Process Analyst in the Process & Automation Centre of Excellence (PACoE) you will have the opportunity to gain breadth across all facets of process governance and be a key contributor to the design and delivery of process excellence through the support of ANZ’s business process management system (Signavio).
You will play an important role in uplifting Signavio, ensuring the system is well managed so we can effectively deliver process management and insights to the Australia Retail and Australia Commercial divisions. You will support the team to maintain and embed our process framework and methodologies into business practices.
What will your day look like
Supporting the development and embedding of the process framework that aligns process and control management linked to the process architecture
Co-creating and uplifting tools, frameworks and capabilities (such as process maturity strategy, standards and guides)
Work with the process governance lead and your team of expert Process Analysts to align our e2e business process maps within the ANZ process governance framework
Coaching junior team members with process modelling in line with the process governance framework and methodology
Managing process governance related matters in an appropriate and timely manner, including managing escalations and representing the Process COE on relevant working groups and forums.
Conduct deep business process analysis, including reporting, structured thinking to surface opportunities to improve to process taxonomy and architecture
Able to manage your stakeholders well, and have strong influencing and relationship building ability
An intense passion and curiosity for customers, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do
Modelling processes in Signavio to BPMN 2.0 standards, and conducting quality assurance checks to support peers and colleagues to ensure that standards are maintained across the process ecosystem.
Skilled in navigating and using Signavio and other BPMN 2.0 compatible platforms
Able to identify opportunities for improvement in the system and services offered to our stakeholders
Able to scope out and define requirements for system improvement projects in line with business needs
Designing and delivering regular governance reporting to stakeholders, using tools such as Qliksense
What will you bring?
A sound understanding of Process Modelling/Mapping to BPMN 2.0 is essential
Experience with business process management systems, process architecture and practices in good process governance is essential.
Experience working with Signavio is highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills and the ability to building relationships and partnerships
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, organisation skills and ability to work on multiple priorities at once.
Foundation knowledge of Value Stream mapping.
Understand and generate reporting & data visualisation through tools such as Excel, PowerBI, QlikSense and Tableau
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and experience in process analysis is highly regarded, but not essential
