The Project Manager is responsible for:
- management of comprehensive project plans, schedules and budgets;
- overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Signcraft’s high-quality standards and client specifications;
- management of small, medium and large projects;
- timely procurement of goods and services;
- managing accurate ERP data;
- coordination of logistics, permits, and other site-specific considerations; &
- acting on the company's behalf and as an advocate for the client, by attending site meetings, working with site surveyors, overseeing & inspecting installation, providing detailed progress updates and ensuring quality standards are achieved.
We are seeking an individual who:
- 2+ years of previous experience working in signage (highly desirable);
- 2-3+ years of previous experience in construction, transport, or infrastructure projects, alternatively, manufacturing or installation (highly desirable);
- diploma of Project Management (or similar);
- knowledge of building codes and legislation (desirable);
- Driver's license and own transportation;
- driven by the end-to-end success of a project and goes above and beyond to achieve exceptional results;
- exhibits 5-star customer service and stakeholder engagement;
- maintains clear, concise, polite, & professional communication at all times;
- resolve problems and conflicts proactively;
- collaborate with a national team and diverse stakeholder groups through all phases of a project;
- proficiency using the Microsoft Suite of products including, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel (essential), PPT, MS projects etc;
- a strong desire to learn the industry and technical elements of signage;
- able to multi-task, work autonomously and be a team player with a can-do attitude; and
- proven capability of achieving personal targets, team results and company objectives.
