The Role
Corporate Project Services is seeking an experienced Signage Project Manager or Coordinator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in delivering a variety of Signage Projects from one off bespoke signage designs to the rollout of wayfinding and identification signage for large Tier 1 and 2 building companies and iconic Australian clients.
Key Requirements
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Managing small, medium and large projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Reading and understanding project plans and drawings.
- Timely purchasing of required materials and equipment as per project specifications.
- Work within or exceed nominated project budgets.
- Coordination of council permits, traffic and pedestrian management and other site-specific considerations.
- Managing the project from client award to installation of signage on client site, as per location plans.
- Attending site meetings and effectively communicating with clients.
- Providing detailed updates of progress and relevant reports.
- Ensuring Quality standards and Work Health and Safety standards are met.
Do you have:
- 2+ years of previous Project Management or Project Coordination experience in signage.
- A Certificate or Diploma in Project Management.
- Has a driver's license and own transport.
- Is excellent in managing client relationships.
- Is able to work autonomously and work well in a team environment.
- Is accustomed to delivering exceptional results.
- Is solution orientated and resolves potential conflict proactively.
- Proficiency using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A strong desire to help the business reach its strategic growth goals.
- Proven capability of achieving targets and KPI’s
- Proven capability of delivering previous Signage Projects.
