Role summary
Agile Market Intelligence is seeking a skilled Market Research Project Manager to oversee B2B market research projects, manage client programs, and craft insightful research reports.
This role is integral to our growth acting as the integrator of sales, product, marketing and data as a key enabler of processes and high quality, timely project and product delivery. Joining a small team, this role is best suited for a candidate with a balanced skillset of communication, organisation and creativity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead B2B market research projects and client programs, ensuring timely delivery, and fulfillment of client expectations.
- Manage all aspects of project timelines, deliverables, and communications, supported by the Research Director.
- Liaise with clients to provide an excellent customer journey throughout the life of their program.
- Work closely with graphic designers and analysts to develop research and content reports that clearly communicate complex data and insights in an actionable format.
- Work closely with Marketing to design, manage and deploy effective communication, content, promotions and incentive programs to engage, nurture and grow our B2B communities, ensuring active participation and valuable feedback.
Skillset
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record in managing market research projects, with preference for experience working in B2B markets.
- Experience in managing client programs, with exceptional ability to meet and exceed expectations.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, and evolving environment.
- Knowledge of or demonstrated skills in panel management and/or community building.
- Preference for familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau.
- Outstanding organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
