Your day to day will consist of...
You will provide project support to the Senior Project Manager/Project Manager in larger cross-functional projects/programs which includes setting up and managing support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and communication. This work will be supporting Optus Enterprise and Business CX Pre-sales and Solution Architects, PMO Project Managers, Support Teams and Optus external partnered vendors. You will also provide guidance and support to the Project Coordinators across a range of project milestones.
These roles can be based in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.
Optus works with the largest contact centre owners in AU/NZ and is seeking Project Coordinator to successfully deliver work on some of the industry's most complex and challenging solutions.
We have opportunities on a Permanent, Fixed Term and Contract basis.
What makes you perfect for the role?
- Proven track record in successfully supporting a large team of project and program managers
- Prior experience in development/delivery of Contact Centres is highly regarded
- Previously worked on projects costing around 2 - 10 million
- Experience in project delivery, status reporting, document preparation, financial management and general project administration
- Prior experience working across a large program of work, whilst maintaining risk approach
- You must be an Australian citizen and be eligible for Federal Government security clearance.
