The Civil Project Manager's position will involve working in conjunction with the Management Team on major structual bridge build projects:
Kep aspects of the role will be
- Contract administration including preparation of progress and variation claims.
- Providing knowledge and advice and leadership on technical matters as well as project administration, client management, service authorities, subcontract & resident liaison.
- Developing client relationships.
- Preparation of tenders and quotations for review.
- Material take off, ordering and authorizing invoices, staff monitoring and project costing.
- Deeveloping safety management plans.
- Onsite and office based duties.
