Job description

Enviropacific is Australia’s leading environmentally-focussed services business delivering specialist engineering and applied science solutions to make our environments safer and communities sustainable.

The passion, skills and experience of our people drive our success. They are at the heart of everything we do, underpinning our ability to create safer and healthier environments and communities. In a constantly changing world of new and emerging contamination issues, our team pushes the boundaries and challenges contemporary thinking to prevent, stop and reverse environmental damage.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Tasmania.

About the Role:

With an increasing presence across Tasmania, and a strong potential pipeline of work, we are seeking a Project Manager to lead the next stage of growth and delivery in the State.

The successful individual will be supported by the in-house knowledge of an established team focused on delivering remediation projects across the state.

Remediation projects are varied in nature and you will have the opportunity to work with private and public sector clients, remediating sites using the best available technology while continuing to grow the regional footprint.

About You:

You will be keen to undertake a leadership position in the winning and delivery of our projects, with a strong focus on continuing to successfully delivery positive outcomes for our clients.

To be considered for this role you will possess the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental engineering.
  • 10+ years of construction experience, specialising in the management of Remediation, Civil or Environmental projects.
  • Contract and budget management experience.
  • Demonstrated practical on-site experience.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop relationships with team members, clients and contractors to ensure excellence in project delivery.
  • High level communication and organisational skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office & Project.

Why Us?

  • Prioritise your Health and Wellbeing: Our comprehensive benefits package includes 4 annual paid wellbeing days, discounted health insurance and employee assistance program.
  • Enhance your Lifestyle: Enjoy the perks of paid primary/secondary carer leave, novated leases, flexible work arrangements and purchased leave.
  • Propel your Career: Unlock your potential with career development plans and internal job opportunities.
  • Continuous Professional Development: We provide tailored and ongoing professional development training to ensure you stay ahead in your field.
  • Rewarding Referrals: Your recommendations matter to us. Our generous employee referral incentive program recognises and rewards your efforts.
  • Celebrating Environmental Champions: We acknowledge and celebrate our employees' achievements in supporting our company principles through the monthly Enviro Achiever awards.
