About the Role
We are seeking a driven and seasoned Project Manager to join our vibrant team, steering our projects towards success with astute leadership and comprehensive expertise in civil construction.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading project teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-value construction projects.
- Overseeing the entire project life cycle, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive efficient project execution.
- Managing project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

- Maintaining stringent cost controls and meticulous budget management throughout projects.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management within the civil and infrastructure industry.
- Proven expertise in project delivery in the civil construction sector.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively lead project teams towards success.
