We are seeking experienced Civil Road Designers to join the team in either Sydney, Newcastle or Canberra. The role will see you working on designs for major road infrastructure projects across the NSW. You will engage with our existing client base and work closely alongside our broader Transport team.Your role will include:

• Use your 12d expertise on road projects
• Play an integral part in the delivery of large iconic infrastructure projects
• Work independently and autonomously to deliver outstanding results for our clients

• Communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a major project environment
• Mentor less-experienced staff

• Previous experience in road design using 12d and AutoCAD

• Knowledge of TfNSW road design requirements and relevant standards (eg Austroads)
• Experience in digital engineering and 3d modelling
• Exposure to working in a multi-disciplinary major projects’ environment
