One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage multiple Project Managers and Program Analysts to play a central role in planning, management and support of their research services. You will manage complex ICT projects and interact with multiple stakeholders on daily basis. The role can be based in either Canberra, Adelaide or Melbourne with the successful Project Managers and Program Analysts to be offered a 12 month contractwith 2 X 6 month extension options.
The successful Project Managers and Program Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Looking after scope, schedules and budget management
- Quality checking of project reports and artefacts
- Assisting in the continual improvement of existing processes and templates
- Procurement guidance and staff onboarding
The successful Project Managers and Program Analysts will have experience in the following:
- Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Project to manage schedules
- Experience with procurement and contract management
- Experience with Governance and Reporting
- Risk Management and Risk Mitigation knowledge/experience
