As Senior Consultant, you'll:
- Manage and lead multiple client projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders of Emergent's clients.
- Analyse complex business challenges and define and articulate business objectives.
- Manage all elements of client projects, including overseeing project financials and ensuring the realisation of anticipated benefits.
- Assume varied leadership and consulting responsibilities across project management, change management, and Business analysis.
- Craft high-quality deliverables and not solely delegate tasks to team members.
- Drive organisational change initiatives, including facilitating comprehensive end-user training.
- Coordinate collaborative efforts between the Emergent team, client stakeholders, and technology partners.
- Streamline and manage business process improvements.
- Assess the alignment of technology solutions with business goals.
- Oversee and provide mentoring to client stakeholders, if required.
- Provide mentorship and direction to Emergent staff.
- Lead the development and introduction of innovative products and services for Emergent’s continuous growth.
- Support business development opportunities with the sales team.

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Preferably have certification in Project Management, Change Management, and Frontline Management or equivalent experience.
