The role: Utilising a strong background in clinical nursing practice to initiate, coordinate and conduct research to inform the requirements for the ongoing development of the system. Collaborate and negotiate with local stakeholders as required to undertake further system development, evaluation of change management processes and maintain high standards of data integrity. Liaise, consult and collaborate with other health professionals to improve, facilitate, inform, evaluate and coordinate the use of MCAP (Making Care Appropriate for Patients) system information statewide. Provide training of staff in the use of the MCAP (Making Care Appropriate for Patients) tool and the customisation of the system to meet their individual needs. Undertake clinical research, development of information and research projects to inform best practice standards as they relate to the MCAP (Making Care Appropriate for Patients) tool.
