The Program

Airservices’ is embarking on a digital transformation journey. To do this, we’re delivering an exciting portfolio of work that’s going to change how we work and interact with our customers and stakeholders. A key component of this is the Support Services Change Program. 

This Program of work will simplify, standardise, and digitise processes across our Enabling functions, allowing us to provide a more streamlined experience for our frontline teams, customers, and partners.  Key drivers that will enable us to do this are: 

  • The use of digital solutions and leading technologies. This includes a new digital rostering solution (Workforce Software) and SAP Cloud (S4/HANA for finance and asset management, Ariba for procurement, SuccessFactors for HR).
  • The introduction of process improvements. This includes the removal of inefficiencies, introduction of standardisation and increasing flexibility in our support service approach.

The Role & The Team

Working with an external Implementation Partner, as the Program Change Lead, you will use your experience in leading and coordinating significant organisational change to enable the successful implementation of the Support Services Change Program.  You will partner closely with others across the Organisation to support the delivery of benefits and desired outcomes while developing change management capability to enable the successful delivery of organistional change initiatives.  You will provide the direction and influence for how change is effectively led, managed, delivered, and embedded across the Change Program.

The Change Strategy and Planning has been done, this is go time.  You will hit the road running to begin implementation in Q3 this year and ensure implementation and transition success through a well-designed collaborative and highly engaging approach.  This is a great opportunity for you to apply your existing experience senior change (10+ years) and ERP Change Leadership experience.  You will have a passion for driving the best outcome for our people and our organisation.

The Person

Our ideal candidate is comfortable with and has demonstratable experience in the air services industry or similar operational environment.  You will also have experience in leading an ERP change across a large geographic organization and be comfortable to take people lead approach to a process and technology focused change.

You will have at least 10+ years’ experience in managing change, including at the Program/Portfolio level across large geographically dispersed organisations.  As a minimum, you will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Most importantly, you will have a passion for driving the best for our people and our organisation.
