Play a vital role in shaping the development and successful delivery within this team for our State Government client.
Responsibilities include providing project outlines, managing meetings and agenda planning, project pipeline planning, and running tenders/RFPs, while adhering to strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive project coordination through project pipeline planning, meeting agenda preparation, responding to RFP queries, and managing invoices.
- Managing external stakeholder expectations, queries, suggestions and performance in line with our client's project/program goals.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements for operational policies and procedures.
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for better governance, policy, or process enhancements.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with RFPs, Tenders or Go-to-market activities highly regarded.
- Experience with Data warehousing highly regarded.
- Experience working in a high volume environment with resilience to program level change.
- Excellent external stakeholder management experience.
- Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
