SalaryWork with a leading government organisation based in Ballarat who are seeking a Project Support Administrator to join their Major Projects team. Be a part of a Major Projects team which support the involvement of large project and capital development projects across the region.
The Assignment
- $52-56/hr + super
- Immediate start til 30th June 2024
- Work from home available
- Ballarat central office
These duties encompass key responsibilities related to project support, administration, financial management, communication, and coordination within a Major Projects team.
- Administration support to the Executive Manager Major Projects and the broader team.
- Effective coordination of the day-to-day administration associated with the delivery of major capital projects.
- Coordinate team meetings, agendas, minutes, and collating team actions.
- Attending project governance meetings with the PM and producing minutes in a timely manner thereafter.
- Assisting with monitoring funding milestones in conjunction with the Project Manager.
- Financial administration as required to service the needs of the team and their projects.
- Liaising with funding representatives from time to time, including internal and external customers.
- Developing administration systems to support the delivery of Major Projects.
- Experience working within a project team or providing executive support to a Project team
- Local or state government experience is desirable
- Exceptional time management skills
