Four spanning the Region, that are delivered through a number of programs across the Geelong and Barwon South West region. and world renowned that that advances health and wellbeing for all.About the roleThis position is to provide leadership, coordination and efficient supervision of infrastructure projects for Building Services. There is a requirement to lead the management and monitoring of infrastructure project delivery through implementation of best practice Project Management principles (including contract preparation and administration) for Building Services asset replacement and infrastructure commitments.The incumbent of this position will be responsible for working with a range of stakeholders to ensure maintenance and minor works outcomes are delivered. This position is to coordinate where required, the maintenance and operation of services and equipment during large scale maintenance activities and redevelopments, and to facilitate information flow as well as providing advice on aspects of the maintenance projects where required.About the cultureThe Building Services Mission is to provide Barwon Health with quality service in an efficient and professional manner to ensure safe and reliable facilities, conducive to world's best practice health care.
