This Queensland Government business manages the provision of office and employee housing to the Queensland Government – one of the largest property portfolios in Queensland.
The Role:
- Maintain and coordinate the administrative management to a range of systems
- Assist in the management and coordination in the delivery of complex property projects and transactions, including acquisitions, disposals etc.
- Prepare reports, briefing notes, submissions and ministerial correspondence
- Provide support to team members and actively participate in building team effectiveness
- Contribute to the review and improvement of internal work practices and processes
- Undertake other project activities, tasks and work duties as required
About you:
- Knowledge of associated property management including iSpace, SAP, GLR
- Have a sound working knowledge and understanding of real property
- Have a sound working knowledge of Excel
- Efficient managing, sorting and analysing data by using pivot tables, lookups and charts
- Ability to quickly develop and maintain good working relationships
