Your Opportunity:

The ideal applicant must possess strong coordination skills, effective communication skills, sound IT skills, and the ability to learn Service Now and other service management tools and processes.

The focus areas for this role encompass:

  • Coordination of correspondence, reports, monitoring task progress, maintaining relationships, data entry, Project Support, administrative support, and working with stakeholders.

Additionally, the applicant should be able to work effectively as an individual and a team member, provide high-quality operational and administrative support, maintain knowledge of procedural systems, and log requests in Service Now

Applicants should be:

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, team players, with strong administrative skills, ability to create change activities, provide support to internal stakeholders, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the evolving technological landscape.

Your Role:

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide spreadsheet, word processing, desktop publishing, and administrative support to the officers of the unit.
  • Provide administration, upkeep and monitoring of workforce data, reporting and dashboards, and program monitoring activities.
  • Provide executive support for project governance groups to ensure effective implementation of project objectives within the established timeframes and allocated budget.
  • Monitor and maintain financial and human resource records for compliance and audit as per relevant departmental policies and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the formulation of procedures and guidelines with respect to administrative and database issues.
  • Provide routine information and advice on administrative and data issues to management and staff.
