- Provide reporting and analysis specific to the team’s role to ensure data accuracy and data integrity are maintained in LAHC’s various system relevant to project cost accruals and project accounting.
- Provide financial and data analysis to rectify erroneous data entries from Purchase Order and from various systems that interfaced to SAP such as P-Cards and Contract Administration System.
- Provide month-end journal entries relevant to acquisition projects, travel expenses and P-Cards.
- Provide analysis and reporting relevant to new supply, asset under construction, project write-off and post key handover accruals.
- Send out emails and communication to relevant business units to advise and to follow up post key handover accruals and to advise project closure.
- Support the Director and Manager by providing advice and support to key stakeholders on relevant financial matters to enable achievement of efficiency and strategic outcomes.
- Educate and support relevant business areas to develop financial capability and improve confidence and accountability in financial business decision making in order to promote a consistent financial management approach across LAHC.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including senior managers and service delivery divisions to exchange information, obtain cooperation and support and provide financial advice.
- Work effectively with team members towards mutual continued development and to provide feedback to each other on tasks undertaken.
Key Requirements
- Experience in financial accounting, project cost accounting, financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience in SAP or equivalent financial System, and TRIM records management system (preferred, not essential)
- Experience in Ariba and any project management system (desirable)
- Intermediate Excel (able to use formulas such as vlookup and sumif).
- Good team player with positive work collaboration skills.
- Manage self on deadlines, plan and deliver results, demonstrate accountability on tasks assigned.
