We are looking for a Project Officer (PULSE) to join our team based in our Milton, South Melbourne or North Sydney office.
About the role
The Project Officer (PULSE) - Promoting Uptake of Lung Cancer Screening Education will be responsible for design and delivery of education solutions for healthcare professionals, with a focus on the National Lung Cancer Screening Program (NLCSP). The role will support development of key messages and education resources to ensure workforce preparedness for lung cancer screening.
The Project Officer (PULSE) is responsible for coordinating the development and deployment of the education solutions and contributing to key activities in the established activity plan including stakeholder engagement, marketing and communications and evaluation. The Project Officer is also responsible for achieving accreditation of the developed education with relevant professional organisations and continuing professional development programs.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will have the following:
- Exceptional project coordination experience, including demonstrated skills in prioritisation of caseloads effectively and autonomously, excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving, delivery of project activity in time with a focus on providing quality service and timely escalation of risk as appropriate.
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively engage internally with colleagues and externally with stakeholders to achieve project deliverables on time, and to a high standard
- Ability to deliver on established project plans and associated activity.
- Information and communication technology skills (or demonstrated capacity to learn effectively) in videoconference platforms (MS Teams/Zoom) and ON24 presentation manager.
This role is ideally suited to an individual with experience in project and/or program coordination or management. Experience in the not-for-profit, health and/or education sectors would enhance your suitability.
