We are seeking a Program Planner/Scheduler who will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and managing project schedules, and the overarching program schedule. You will be preparing construction programmes for inclusion in tender submissions; coordinating with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to gather necessary information, update schedules, and provide accurate reporting on project progress.
Qualifications
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
• Minimum 5 years experience in scheduling construction projects
• Expertise in a number of planning and scheduling software packages
• Ability to use software such as 4D Modelling, BIM and other digital engineering packages, Schedule Risk Analysis,
• Knowledge of construction planning and programming principles, standards and methodology
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and high attention to detail and quality of work
• Team player but also able to work autonomously
• Strong planning and project financial reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Expertise in a number of planning and scheduling software packages, you will be using P6
• Ability to use software such as 4D Modelling, BIM and other digital engineering packages, Schedule Risk Analysis
