About the Role:
This role is a Full-Time role for The Lobby Bar, you will be required to:
- Report to the Bar Manager
- Assist in the hiring, training and supervising the bar staff. While providing guidance, setting performance expectations.
- Assist in overseeing inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, and ordering supplies, minimizing waste, control costs, and ensure a well-stocked bar at all times.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the bar.
- Upholding high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the bar area.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and licensing requirements.
- Encouraging and supporting the professional growth and development of the bar staff.
- Streamlining bar operations by implementing efficient processes and procedures. Optimizing workflow, managing shifts and schedules, and ensuring smooth coordination with other departments.
The successful candidate must have:
- Outstanding communication, leadership and people management skills.
- Strong product knowledge.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- True passion for customer service.
- Minimum experience of two years in a similar environment and role is essential.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts over a seven-day rotating roster.
- Hold a current NSW RSA card.
