Project/ Program Lead

We are looking for a Project/ Program Lead who will work with Finance and IT Teams and coordinate all resources along with internal and external stakeholders for a Cloud ERP Implementation (MS Dynamics) Project. You will also manage program governance, coach workstream leads on project delivery, manage project meetings and documentation. This will be 12 Months Opportunity working on hybrid set-up for 2 to 3 days per week in the South Sydney

Responsibilities of the Project/ Program Lead

• Help manage all stages of the project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, risks, issues and budget using established methodology (e.g. SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall)
• Act as the liaison between business, technology functions and delivery partners, including working closely with key stakeholders and end users
• Aid in the development and prioritization of project deliverables and artifacts
• Facilitate training, project communication and overall change management for the projects
• Ensure that operations and program compliance adhere to existing industry guidelines

About You

• Formal qualifications in Business, Finance, or another related discipline at bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated project management experience with responsibility for the overall performance and delivery of finance-related projects, including scoping, schedules, risks, issues and budget, preferred.
• Systems Optimization Experience
• MS Dynamics Experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills; strong relationship skills to work in a team environment and interface with all organizational levels.
• Experience developing and maintaining standard project documentation, plans, agendas, action item lists and deliverables.
• Good understanding of project management practices and demonstrated commercial acumen.
