Exciting opportunity to enter Real Estate and have the opportunity to get into Land Sales for a high-profile project!OUR CLIENT:Our clients marketplace is booming and they are growing exponentially as a result. Not your average real estate agency, they are born off the back of a phenomenally successful Project Sales firm selling circa 1000 homes a year.A financially stable business offering job security, they also provide everything that you could possibly need to be a success in this role - Modern, purpose-built new offices, the latest in technology, ongoing coaching / mentoring, access to employee wellbeing benefits, discounted online shopping, gift cards and more!THE OPPORTUNITY:Being the first point of contact for all enquiries, this role is the backbone of the Display Suite team. Day to day you will:

• Provide support through the coordination, administration and delivery of house & land sales.
• Meet and greet customers and clients upon entry to the onsite Sales Office
• General communication with owners, purchasers, agents, builders and solicitors
• Support with processing of invoices, sales advices, utility bills and ancillary administration tasks
• Maintain and manage the CRM / database
• Assist in organising handover packs and appointments
• Online marketing including social media, and updating of project marketing collateral such as brochures, price lists and master plans

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold a current Certificate of Registration
• Experience in Admin / Customer Service roles, or Real Estate
• Effective communicator, good energy and engaging
• Must have full working rights in Australia
• Able to work weekends
• Have a reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license (motor vehicle allowances apply!
