THE OPPORTUNITY:
Being the first point of contact for all enquiries, this role is the backbone of the Display Suite team. Day to day you will:
- Provide support through the coordination, administration and delivery of house & land sales.
- Meet and greet customers and clients upon entry to the onsite Sales Office
- General communication with owners, purchasers, agents, builders and solicitors
- Support with processing of invoices, sales advices, utility bills and ancillary administration tasks
- Maintain and manage the CRM / database
- Assist in organising handover packs and appointments
- Online marketing including social media, and updating of project marketing collateral such as brochures, price lists and master plans
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration
- Experience in Admin / Customer Service roles, or Real Estate
- Effective communicator, good energy and engaging
- Must have full working rights in Australia
- Able to work weekends
- Have a reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license (motor vehicle allowances apply!
