The Client:Known for building some of the world's most stunning residential developments, our client is an Australian Owned Developer producing quality inner-city spaces for local Australians to call home. This Developer is a household name in the Australian market and currently selling exceptional inner-city projects.
The role
A New Project in Macquarie Park With over 250 units to sell, with 3 other projects to cross-sell, in the inner city there is plenty of stock for this Sales Executive to sink their teeth into.
You will be part of a professional sales team and have the support of one of the industry's best Sales Managers.
Weekend work is essential in the role, with two full days Saturdays & Sundays, with one weekend off a month. This role is ready for an experienced Project Sales Agent to hit the ground running, from managing inquiries, Booking Appointments, and closing Sales.
To be successful in this role the Executive will have a strong network of local property contacts & be able to network & attract new business PLUS working the current & not waiting for buyers to walk in the door.
To be considered for this prestige role you will ideally have:
- Previous Experience in Project Sales, Off Plan Selling or Investment Sales in the Australian local market
- Mandarin Language Skills are preferred due to clientele
- Have a local network in Australia
- A High Level of Personal presentation
- Certificate of Registration
