Job description

Our client is a global telco vendor. They are looking forward to hire Project Scheduler.
The Project Scheduler will be responsible for providing a range of project management and support services, including preparing reports, coordination, maintaining documentations, and monitoring and analysing project plans, ensure milestones are always up-to-date and align with baseline.
Job Description:

  • Assist in coordinating, monitoring, and reporting of all project and governance activities, negotiating with work streams and stakeholders to ensure updates are completed within the agreed timelines, methodologies and frameworks.
  • Support and assist in communication and engagement with key stakeholders and coordinate activities of project teams, vendor teams, working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information, capture agreed outcomes and support project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, plans and reports, ensuring timely updates.
  • Compile and analyse data and information to identify schedule deviations and emerging issues, track and report on project progress against milestones and deliverables.
  • Utilise Office365, SharePoint, Power BI and other systems to facilitate, complement and enhance project monitoring, reporting and delivery.
Essential Requirements:
  • Demonstrated engagement, communication & organisation skills working within a PMO structure supporting multiple project and vendor teams across varied locations and time zones.
  • Excellent computer skills in project and collaboration tools including MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, MS Planner and Power BI.
  • Experience supporting project management and implementation, including engaging with the team to develop, monitor and maintain project documentation, including forecasting, schedules, and change/risk/issue registers.
  • Willingness to assist and support others as required and ability to effectively engage with stakeholder teams at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, effectively balance competing demands and effectively resolve to challenges with a positive attitude, willing to go extra miles.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style to suit the audience.
  • Well-developed analytical skills, and able to source information from numerous resources in a timely and effective manner, strong capabilities to analyse and present information and data in a logical and coherent manner.
  • Experience in running sprint meetings and taking meeting minutes.
