Role requirements:

• Previous experience in a project management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to effectively manage project budgets and resources.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred.
