Our privately owned, family company employs over 2000 people with operations throughout Australia.G.James Maroochydore Windows & Doors branch provides sales, fabrication and installation of aluminium windows and doors to the residential and commercial construction markets. We are seeking a Project Supervisor to coordinate and executive our projects for supply and install of commercial windows and doors products across Maroochydore and surrounding regions.

- Previous experience in the glass and aluminium industry - worked your way up off the tools within the construction industry
- Proven ability to carry out and record accurate measurements and read architectural plans
- Proven ability to achieve maximum productivity through effective organisation, supervision, communication and training
- Establish and build strong relationships, partnerships and collaborations between business customers
- Identify and estimate and secure commercial projects suitable for the branch
- Work to monthly budgets and KPI requirements
- Co-ordinate and supervise site installers
- Conduct detailed measuring of on-site requirements
- Production of works orders, request and coordinate procurement of project materials
