We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Raw Materials Coordinator to join us at our Tullamarine site. As part of a dedicated team, you will ensure availability of supply of Raw Materials to support the site manufacturing plans, enabling the site to achieve production plan adherence.
Note - This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with suppliers ensuring timely delivery of Raw Materials.
- Ordering of Raw Materials from suppliers to meet manufacturing production plans.
- Timely escalation of material supply risks impacting the site to internal stakeholders and National Raw Materials team.
- Maintaining systems to ensure SAP ordering and inventory integrity.
- Planning and management of the Raw Materials to minimize obsolescence.
- Liaise with suppliers to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of supplying materials.
About You
- Ideally experience within FMCG or similar fast paced manufacturing industry.
- SAP knowledge and experience (MRP systems regarded highly).
- Sound Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience in MRP planning concepts .
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication, and prioritization skills.
