The Role:
Work in close partnership with the Health ICT Project Management Office (PMO) and Strategic Projects stakeholders to:
- Support the delivery of project management services, including change management and business analysis, by collaboratively planning, delivering, and implementing project activity outputs in line with the PMO principles by:
- Developing and preparing high quality initiative/assignment/project plans and associated documentation, governance papers, reports and correspondence directed to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Delivering tasks/activities that contribute to the overall assignments, projects and/or business initiatives through regular effective liaison and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Act, where needed, as the assignment/project coordination point.
- Supporting the effective transition and management of initiatives, changes and/or solutions into ‘live’ operations.
- Utilising knowledge and understanding of contemporary change management and business analysis guidelines, to contribute to the development of solutions and delivery of successful outcomes.
- Assisting with specific communications and training activities to support the delivery of assignments including development of materials and related resources.
- As a member of a multi-skilled team, undertake responsibility for the provision of project activity and outputs to support the delivery of assignment and solutions to meet business requirements by:
- Undertaking work assignments and in-depth research and investigation on a range of matters relevant to the Project, as directed by Project Managers and/or supervised by Strategic Projects staff and/or vendor Project Managers.
- Contributing to and providing input on business analysis, change management, project management, stakeholder engagement and analysis, situational gap analysis and communications activities.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term full time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 30 June 2025.
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

Salary: $95,393 - $100,067 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
