We are looking for a Project Support Officer with skills or experience in learning and development and/or training content creation to join our Federal Government client for their clients Cloud Service Portal. They are delivering a web portal that will empower individuals to navigate and consume SADE (Scaled Analytics and Data Environment) related resources. This is your chance to make a difference for our Federal Government client in this 6 month contract with additional extensions offered. Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance will be considered for this role. The experience and skills for this role are: Familiarity with AWS technologies Experience in assessing existing content to identify gaps and uplift requirements Experience creating structured and personalised approaches to learning and development based on personas and associated digital and data roles Ability to engage with technical staff such as software developers and engineers Ability to distil complex information into easily digestible formats for targeted audiences Ability to develop explanatory documents to support Data Engineers, Developers and more general system users Ability to document key information about systems, products and processes Ability to create training and learning materials for cloud hosted IT systems and processes
