The Digital Health Solutions Team at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Project Support Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunity
The Project Support Officer will work in a collaborative team to contribute to the implementation and ongoing maintenance of digital health systems and solutions. The role performs high level administrative functions and provides essential support to clinical team leaders, project managers, change and learning and application specialists. The successful applicant will be proactive and able to apply effective time management skills to manage their workload and will be able to efficiently communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
About the Team
The Digital Health Solutions team (DHS) support the state-wide Integrated Electronic Medical Record (ieMR) solution and offers opportunity to be involved in training delivery and system adoption, as well as change management and process redesign. The functionality of ieMR at this HHS includes Medication Management, Anaesthetics, SurgiNet, FirstNet, ESM, Care Delivery, Renal and Powerchart Maternity solutions and includes device integration for ECG and CTG.
