Our client is on the hunt for a Project Systems Technical Analyst to come in on a fixed term basis.
The Role:
- Fixed Term 12 month contract
- Brisbane or Sydney location
- Salary: $110,000 + Super
In this role you will...
- Day-to-day system administration and oversight, includes function update, attend to system enquiry, data cleansing and other activities as applicable.
- Lead and support the configuration of Project system functions and workflows to ensure the functionality align.
- Working with different stakeholders and corporate system owners to ensure a smooth Project system integration and data translation cross different platforms.
- Provide effective and efficient support to the project system users cross the organisation.
- Perform Project data collection, analysis, cleansing and system integration with key corporate platforms (e.g. SAP).
- Working closely with Reporting and Coordination team to support project reporting and analysis.
- Support the design of project reporting dashboard within the Project systems or in conjunction with other outputs (e.g. Power BI).
- Undertake the business requirements gathering, functional requirements to build the user case for Portfolio Project Management (PPM) platform.
- Support Project System and Data Lead in undertaking option analysis and market sounding to identify the fit for purpose PPM platform options.
- Develop and support the system user training sessions, update system manual, quick reference and 'how to' guide to support the system rollout and user onboarding.
- Support the Project System and Data Lead in managing continuous improvement and system enhancement in line with the organisation's project management maturity uplift, make sure the system functions align to the PMF guiding principles and requirements at all times.
Must Haves:
- Formal tertiary qualification in related or equivalent field (e.g. Project Management, Business Management, Engineering or ICT) will be highly regarded
- Sound knowledge of Excel (Data Validation, Creating Dashboards, VBA and Macros, Power Queries, Pivot Tables, Charting, V-Look Ups).
- Experience in a program/project management office (PMO) providing assistance.
- Ability to interrogate a data set and provide a concise analysis of that data.
- Proven skills in preparing instructional documentation, maintaining standards and assisting with deploying new processes and tools across organisation
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a productive team member
