We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Team Managerto join our team in Wetherill Park, NSW. Reporting to the State Manager – Construction Solutions NSW, you will be responsible for leading and providing guidance and support to the Project Team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day issues associated with the supply of reinforcement to the project and ensuring contractual client requirements deliverables are met.
- Proactively manage project issues, risks and opportunities in consultation with the client and other key stakeholders.
- Provide a customer focussed service to support all aspects of the business which demonstrates that customer satisfaction is paramount.
- Ensure project objectives are delivered within agreed time, scope and budget constraints as per contractual obligations.
- Manage contract administration requirements
- Manage the claim/schedule process in line with the Building & Construction Industry Security of Payments act 1999 NSW and ensure debtor ageing is kept within company KPI’s
- Manage a team of Project Managers & Project Administrators.
- Ensure that the customer project needs and expectations are being met.
- Setting clear communication, processes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables for projects.
- Managing key stakeholder relationships
- Ensuring compliance with contracts, quality requirements, and minimising risk.
- Coordinating resource allocation, production planning, logistics coordination, and efficient debt
- Ensure that pricing agreed with customers are accurately articulated with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring all OH&S requirements are met.
To Be Successful
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Building or Construction Management will be highly regarded.
- Previous onsite building experience.
- Previous contract management experience.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills.
