In this role you will make a real difference by ensuring the smooth coordination of project design services from our Delivery Partners to meet the needs of our Customer Works team projects.
Your contribution will play a crucial part in facilitating the successful delivery of our customer initiated works program, which exceeds $130M annually.

With a flexible 3 Days in the office / 2 Days from home Hybrid opportunity, this role can be based in Lilydale and is part of the Customer Works Team.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Management and co-ordination of delivery of design and protection work packages from inception to completion by Delivery Partners.
- Interpret and apply unit rate schedules to work packages issued to Delivery Partners
- Effective liaison and relationship fostering between Delivery partners and internal stakeholders, to ensure KPI target dates are achieved.
- Manage regular Delivery partner performance tracking meetings.
- Ability to interpret technical information, plans and scopes as provided by AusNet technical teams and Delivery Partner service providers.
- Prepare and undertake Delivery Partner performance reporting against KPI’s.
- Ensure compliance to company safe work practices and operating procedures.
- Assist in emergency response events if required.
You don’t need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:
- Demonstrated experience with dealing with field workers & Delivery Partners and planning and scheduling work.
- Ability to interpret, administer and apply unit rates in a service provider environment.
- Work positively and proactively within a team environment.
- Capability to manage projects and tasks to the agreed timeframes.
- Demonstrated willingness to adapt to work volumes and track against Key Performance Metrics
- Applied experience with Microsoft office products (Excel, Access, teams, outlook etc)
- Experience with SAP system in the Electrical industry – desirable but not essential.
