Overview
The Project Officer for KI Outreach Program is responsible to the Advanced Nurse Unit Manager KI Community, for the conduct of implementation of the KI Outreach Program related to the program which contributes to improvement in access, assessment, referral systems and pathways for community care services, in line with programs aims.
Position is responsible to co-ordinate, monitor and review specific activities to assist with reporting to the State and Commonwealth government. The position will contribute to, or participate in, forward planning and policy development and/or implementation on behalf of the KI Outreach Program. At this level it is expected the Project Officer requires a sound knowledge of BHFLHN programs, policies, activities, structures, service functions and partnerships, and the KI Outreach Model of care.
