As a Project Analyst you will be providing commercial and analytic excellence to the National Buying Projects Team by utilising data, generating reporting tools and identifying opportunities for process optimisation.
What does the role look like?
- Effectively clean and aggregate large data sets in preparation for reporting requirements.
- Build, maintain and analyse management dashboards and ad hoc reports to aggregate data across multiple sources using data visualisation tools.
- Create tools and reports to effectively communicate relevant business insights.
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide data insights and recommendations to improve the buying processes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams to develop and analyse data needs.
- Optimise project performance by applying project management frameworks to ensure operational goals are achieved.
- Spearhead the implementation of automated measures to ensure seamless data quality, detecting and correcting issues in real-time.
Qualifications
What do we need from you?
- Demonstrated analytical experience and knowledge in data visualisation tools (such as Tableau or equivalent)
- Strong competency in SQL
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and strong focus on data quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical ideas to relevant business stakeholders
