We are looking for aPromotions Coordinator to support the radio station in creating and activating innovative campaigns originating from content sales and marketing teams to achieve optimum profitability, enhanced ratings and meet the marketing and communications objectives of all client briefs.
About the role:
- Acquire a solid understanding of Hitz939, 4BU, and Kix Country Bundaberg, their programming and Marketing objectives and commercial sales goals.
- Prize sourcing and fulfilment for the station, including all winner’s coordination & communication.
- Design, create and implement Client and Content and Marketing lead campaigns that are on brand, on time and in budget.
- Supporting the Bundaberg radio team and General Manager in the planning, set up activation and post-campaign reporting of station promotions.
- Work cohesively with the Content/Sales Team to craft the overall listener experience of your campaigns striving for creative excellence.
- Regularly meet with Content/Sales Team to discuss opportunities, ideas and communicate upcoming campaigns with General Manager.
- Assist with writing and valuing proactive promotional proposals and reactive responses for sponsorship.
- Work with Product team on campaigns, brief Content Director, Announcers, Digital and Content Staff on campaigns.
- The hours of the full-time role are set at 38 hours per week, with additional paid weekend work required during busy promotional periods.
About you:
- Minimum of 1 year in promotional role.
- Experience with media desirable.
- A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Social Media Experience (Facebook & Instagram).
