As our Promotions Assistant, you will get to work in a diverse role in one of Queensland’s largest club. The successful applicant will be required to quickly understand the unique Promotional aspects of our busy Club culture. You will be required to assist in further developing the promotion of our many services including Food and Beverage, Entertainment, Events, Membership, Community Involvement and outstanding Customer Service.
A taste of your duties:
- Assist organise shows, events & promotions
- Assisting with set up, running and pack down of events and functions
- Administration duties including filing/printing/data entry plus shopping from promotional items
- Social media scheduling
- Update in-house signage and communication
- Assist in designing creative displays for merchandise and promotions
- Overseeing promotional and raffle activities
- Coordinating the booking of required entertainment and special promotional events and shows
- Assisting with the development and adherence to advertising and promotional budgets
Essential Criteria
- Be able to work evenings and weekends
- High level of computer skill with proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in design platforms an advantage
- Superior customer service
- Promotion/events delivery including microphone work
- Demonstrated experience developing social media content
Non-Essential Criteria
- Knowledge/Experience of Club/Hospitality Industry
- RSA Certificate (must be willing to obtain)
